Chicken and Tamarind Stir-fry


Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillets, sliced thinly
Tamarind paste (Asam Jawa paste)
Garlic
Red chilies, slice thinly
Sugar
Lime Juice
Onion, sliced thickly
Coriander leaves (Chinese Parsley)
Method:
1) Combine lime juice with tamarind paste and sugar, mix them together and put aside.

2) Cook garlic on hotpan with oil.

3) Put chicken fillet, chilies and onion into the pan.

4) Add the lime juice mixture into the pan.

5) Cook them few minutes and ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
