Chicken with tomato and herbs











Ingredients: Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Pasley, Asrapagus, Dried Rosemary, Orange Juice or Lemon Juice

Method:

1) Marinade chicken breast with salt and pepper (more pepper)

2) Chop tomato in cube, chop pasley, and cut asparagus shorter so that easy to be eaten.

3) Put the chicken on hot pan with olive oil. Grill it until it is cooked. Remove from pan and put aside.

4) Add finely chopped tomatoes, pasley, asparagus and orange juice in the pan. Also, add some salt and pepper and cook it.

5) Lastly, add the chicken inside the pan and let the juice run inside the meat.
