Ingredients B : Dried Shrimp, Chinese Pasley (Xiang Chai)
Sauce: Oyster Sauce, Oil, Sesame Oil
Methods
1) Fry the dried shrimp first and put aside.
2) Cook with garlic and little bit of unknow indian spice with hot pan and oil.
3) Add some sesame oil to make it more fragrant.
4) Add all the carrot, pumpkin, mushroom and fry it. Add some oyster sauce and may be little bit of salt. You can add little bit of water as well.
5) Add in the rice and cook for a while.
6) Ready with the rice cooker and put all the things inside. Add water inside ( if there is 1 cup of rice, just put 2 cups of water).
7) When rice is done (press button of rice cooker pop up), add the fried shrimp inside and let them for a while.
