Dried Oyster with Pork Knuckle










Ingredients:
Dried oyster, Oyster sauce, Knuckle, Ginger, 2 garlic (whole garlic)

Methods:
1. Sink dried oyster with water for few hours.
2. Fry knuckle with ginger. Add some black soy sauce.
3. Add some oyster sauce and water.
4. Add dried oyster and 2 garlic.
5. Add some black soy sauce again and gas should be turned bigger. When it is boiled then turn it smaller gas.
6. Cook it for an hour.
