Honey Rosemary Chicken


Ingredients:
6-8 pieces of chicken ( Drumstick and chicken wing are recommended)
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 tbsp of olive oil
4tbsp of honey
1tbsp of white wine
1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped finely
Some rosemary herbs
Salt and pepper


Methods:

1) Marinade chicken with lemon juice, olive oil, honey, wine, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper 2 for 2 hours and above, or up to 24 hours if you have time.
2) Preheat oven up to 200C around 10minutes.
3) Add some oil on the baking tray and put all the chicken on that. Cook for 7 minutes and turn over the chicken for another 10 minutes.
4) Serve with some salad if you desire.

Yer. How come u never cook for us before? I think i'll love this chicken. I love anything with rosemary. :D

wahhaa xDD... but hor..if put a lot of rosemary, it smell like medicine.. >.<
